It is same like an normal popup, for this create three view and three window and include the each view into the corresponding window then create the button for require window inside that call the popup window using the code wizard then it will work. your component like below,
This popup1 button call the w_popup1 as your frist popup.
using the popup2 button call the w_popup2 as your second popup.
