You can check the version of IC and the Identity database as shown in the screenshot. (ATTACHED)

In the screenshot

"A" refers to the Identity center management console version, in my case, IDM 7.2 SP7

"B" refers the database schema version. in my case 1094.

I guess, in your case your "B" part is coming red, which means the database schema is not updated. Please update the database component of SAP IDM with the corresponding service pack version.
