You should get results in SQL editor. Double-click on the result, under the column "Definition" (it may be something like "Procedure Definition").
If a pop-up tells you that you must have LOB Zoom enabled, you can find this by clicking on "Window --> Preferences" in the top of your screen, and then in the list on the left-hand side, clicking on "Administration Console", then "Result", and then on the screen on the right, the bottom checkbox "Enable zoom of LOB columns".
Have a look through other setting there as well - many are quite useful.
