Asking for new database on installation of SAP Business one 9.0 on client machine

Hi,

I am installing SAP Business One 9.0 at client machine at that it ask about new database name on installation and I am install client from server`s B1-shr folder.

So, why is it asking about new database name and if I give existing database name then it won`t allow it.

Please provide solution if any one knows about it.
