Of course it will meet their requirements.But in all Process we are sending mails to some people at the end of process who will not be involved in processing or Approve the forms. But they are looking forward to view the from as a PDF document in the mail & they want for file the documents as ( a hard copy or Soft copy) for some Critical process since few of them are custom Info type related Process.
Even with out designing the PDF Print form we wont have the option to save the from right as PDF?
Can we save the FPM form into some other format?
If nothing is possible at the end of all the analysis i will go with Designing a smart from & pull up all the values from the from & Convert it into PDF & send a mail.
