There are various factors as to why both the entities are getting overlapped.
Just remember that the dynamic part should always be handled in the body page which is also known as design view.
Please follow the steps below to design both the table and the text in the body page ( design view).
1) Firstly create the table. So you will be having a table sub form in the design view.
2) Then create a text and wrap it in another sub form in design view.
3) Now wrap both these table sub form and text sub form in one main parent sub form of type Flowed(Top to bottom).
Then this issue will be solved.
