Enabling/Disabling a specfic field in a table in VC..!

Hi Guys,

              I have a requirement to enable/disable (Read Only) a field in a table.

if I do it in the configuration of a column, the whole column  enabled or disabled..!

but I need individual field for each row can be writable or Read only depends on the first field in a row.

For example.. depends on the account number.. I want make the field read only or writable.
