PBL search/replace utility for 12.5.1

Hi

Wondering if anyone knows of any PBL utilties available that will work with PB 12.5.1 to assist in refactoring the code?

Tried to load the current version of PBLPeeper 4.1.3 from the techno-kitten website and it doesn't install pblpeeper.exe on a windows 7 machine.  Unfortunately the feedback page does not work so I can't find any information through that avenue.

It appears support for a lot of existing utilities stop around PB 11.
