SAP BPM timeout scenario

Hello Everyone

My scenario should work like this - there is an automated activity that send Synchronous call to SAP(through PI) and if there was no response within 5 minutes, the time out process should trigger and go to the exception path.

I have designed the BPM process(which is attached in this thread). I would like to know if this is correct pattern or not.
