Also the first screen you've shared is a bit odd. so you want to substitute material 309151 with 309152 and then the other way around?
if you want to substitute only when there is a stock issue, then you should enter the first line 'entered material 309151 material 309151' instead of 309152

How you have created it on universe what is its type and all..
It can help to resolve issue.
Are you sure you are editing the data as per DATA TYPES.
Just try: You create a same entry as existing (already saved in table) one, but obviously w/ a different key
Quickly create a another Z table as TEMP object, try in that
Try with other user ID, if possible
Log off from SAP and re log in
Activate table in SE11
If you have a transport, regenerate the table via TMG

Thanks for the information.I have turned on the validation for Data Manager and working fine.
Not measured the performance so far..but I feel like it is takin more time to save the data or running DMP after this validation creation.
Do you have any idea how much impact on performance?

This could be a local error message triggered through enhancement. Contact the BASIS people or ABAP people to investigate and tell you what went wrong.
You can always trigger a QaaWS on demand and there is no obligation that you run ALL the Queries while you are initializing the dashboard.
You can also give a thought about building a layout that is similar to that of the tab set (with panel container and buttons) and things will be even smoother from this feature point of view.
Solution :
It is a two step process. Note that step 1 is more or less a workaround. But step 2 is fully supported and out of the box.
Two steps:
If you think that this is a very important aspect of your dashboard, it is worth a try.

I have per diem scenario, need help.
Scenario -1: When the trip is a single day
- 0 to 7 hours : 0 Euro
- 8 to 23 hours : 12 Euros
- 24 Hours : 24 Euros
Scenario - 2: If the trip is more than one day/Multi-day
- 0 to 23 hours : 12 Euros
-24 hours : 24Euros
I have configured T706V with having number of days as 1 and defining hours and amount for scenario 1. and for scenario 2 i have kept maximum number of days as 999 and defined rates.
Problem: Scenario 1 works absolutely fine. With multi day trip, system still calculates based on maximum number of days which as 1.
Example: Employee travel on Start date: July 07 2014 time: 18:00 and end date:July 09 time 06:00. Ideally the trip is multi day, the employee suppose to
get 12 Euros for 07th July, 24 Euros for 8th July and 12 Euros for 09th July. But system behaves like scenario 1. I might missed some step of configuration or some tweak required, please help.
